Projects and Events
The projects and events currently undertaken by the Academic Club of European Studies (CASE) arise from our research activity but also from the concerns of the academic community and of the Romanian society generally.
CASE develops projects and conferences aimed at debating Europeanization, European integration and EU issues and providing public policy recommendations. Together with our partners, we strive to include in our events all the stakeholders from the areas on which we focus. The latter are selected from different levels (European, national, regional and local) and include policy makers, academic community members, civil society and economic actors.
CASE also emphasizes, as it is natural to, the international dimension of the events and of the cooperation in Europeanization area and in EU affairs. This includes the organization of study visits, exchanges and best practices with EU Member States but also with countries whose European perspectives are open. Thus, CASE contributes to the EU neighbourhood Europeanization.
In addition, CASE aims to develop the academic community within the field of European studies by organizing training sessions. Through these activities, the young researchers and the students acquire academic and research skills that can be use in European issue analysis.
